Section 7
Company to be an organized body
: (1) A company established in accordance with this Act shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession.
(2) The company may acquire, hold, sell or otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property as per the provisions of this Act. (3) The company may file a complaint in its own name and may also file a complaint against the company in the same name.
(4) The company can enter into a contract as an individual and exercise the rights and perform the obligations according to the contract.
